| VTS / DVDElite uses DVD-R media and equipment which are used by professionals in the DVD industry. Finished media products are checked for physical defects only. MPEG-2 conversion may produce certain artifacts based on the quality of your video source. VTS / DVDElite cannot be responsible for artifacts that arise from poor quality source. |

| Cancellation of orders may be made in writing or by email to support@dvdelite.com You will be charged for all costs incurred up to the date of the cancellation. |

| The DVD-R standard has been approved by the industry consortium of DVD player manufacturers. Compatibility with DVD-Rs may occur in some DVD players manufactured in 1997. VTS / DVDElite cannot be responsible for the compliance of your player with the DVD-R specification and you should check with the manufacturer or your manual prior to ordering. |
